Q. How do I undo customizations on my IMVU page?

A. Sometimes you add something that isn't what you wanted or it crashes your page. Not a problem! There are two easy ways to reset what you did.



1. When you log in and visit your home page, the upper right corner has a link that says "Safe." Click on that to enter your site without the codes active. Then you can remove the faulty codes.This leaves any other customizations intact.





2. If that didn't work, visit www.imvu.com/catalog/web_myaccount.php when you're logged in. Check the box where you put the codes and click Reset Panels. This removes all customizations from that panel. This is pretty extreme, but it works.




Q. I imported a Layout and I can't get rid of it!


A. Delete all the codes that you can in About Me using the instructions above. Then click on Edit in the upper right corner of the page. Then click on Page Background. Click on Set to No Image. Click on Set to transparent.


Q. How do I make the background image scroll?

A. Click on Edit in the upper right corner of the page. Then click on Page Background. Uncheck the box for Non Scrolling Image.
